BRIANNA BOWLAN MS, RD, LDN

‍ ‍Brianna is an enthusiastic Registered Dietitian who believes that food is one of the most enjoyable and meaningful parts of life. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals while building a positive, sustainable relationship with food.

‍She earned her undergraduate degree in Dietetics and EcoGastronomy from the University of New Hampshire, then completed her dietetic internship at Meredith College. She went on to receive her Master’s degree from North Carolina Central University. Brianna takes an individualized, holistic approach to care, allowing her to form strong connections with her patients and support lasting improvements in their overall health and well-being.

‍She specializes in chronic disease and weight management and has experience working with bariatric surgery patients, renal disease, gut health, food allergies and many other health conditions. Brianna believes that food is medicine and one of the most powerful tools for preventing disease and supporting a healthy, fulfilling life.

‍Outside of her professional work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family—especially gathering around a delicious, nourishing meal. She loves cooking and baking and is currently working on perfecting her sourdough bread recipe. She stays active through Pilates classes and long nature walks, and as an avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new cuisines and culinary experiences
