ACCESS FROM A DIETITIAN
NUTRITIONIST TO
GLP-1 & PEPTIDE THERAPY
Access to GLP-1 medications and peptide therapies has never been easier, but access to medication isn't the same as comprehensive, individualized care.
With countless online peptide providers promising quick results, we focus on what your body actually needs to thrive during treatment.
Our registered dietitians bring expertise in nutrition, holistic lifestyle changes, hormones, and are certified GLP-1 & Metabolic Health Specialists through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Our approach combines access to medical evaluation and prescribing when appropriate with personalized nutrition therapy and ongoing support to help you preserve muscle, minimize side effects, address nutritional needs, to build sustainable results.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your journey doesn't begin with a prescription. It begins with understanding you.
STEP 01 — START WITH YOUR DIETITIAN
Meet with your registered dietitian for a comprehensive assessment of your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we'll establish the foundation for your personalized treatment plan.
This appointment lasts 60-90 minutes and is typically covered by insurance.
STEP 02 — EXPLORE YOUR TREATMENT OPTIONS
During your assessment, your dietitian will guide you through available therapies, costs, and next steps. A licensed medical provider will then evaluate your eligibility and determine whether prescribing is appropriate.
03 / BEGIN TREATMENT + ONGOING SUPPORT
If prescribed treatment, you'll continue working closely with your dietitian to optimize nutrition, preserve muscle, minimize side effects, and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
Follow ups are recommended weekly to biweekly for 30-60 minutes as you get started.
04 / TRACK PROGRESS + BUILD LASTING RESULTS
Through regular follow-ups, we'll monitor your progress, adjust your nutrition strategies, and support your evolving goals. Ongoing dietitian visits are required for continued medication access through our program.

WHY WORK WITH A
DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST FOR
GLP & PEPTIDE SUPPORT
GLP-1s and peptides can be powerful tools for metabolic health. But appetite suppression alone doesn't teach you how to nourish your body.
Our dietitians help you:
PRESERVE LEAN MUSCLE: Support muscle retention through individualized protein recommendations, adequate nourishment, and resistance training strategies.
MINIMIZE SIDE EFFECTS: Troubleshoot nausea, constipation, reflux, and changes in appetite with practical nutrition strategies tailored to your symptoms.
OPTIMIZE METABOLIC HEALTH: Address blood sugar regulation, insulin resistance, cholesterol, and other metabolic health markers through evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
PREVENT NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES: Make sure you're meeting your nutritional needs, even when your appetite and food intake change.
SUPPORT HORMONAL + WHOLE-BODY HEALTH: Explore how nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, and underlying health conditions influence your progress.
BUILD LASTING RESULTS: Develop sustainable habits that support your long-term health, whether you continue medication or eventually discontinue treatment under medical guidance.
Medication can help create change. Nutrition helps you build the foundation to support it.
