‍ ‍Claire is a current student at Meredith College, working to earn her Masters degree in Nutrition and is excited to join the k+c team to learn more about community wellness. Claire earned her Bachelor's degree in Applied Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University, where she grew her passion for women and children’s health. Claire is passionate about helping individuals understand the benefits of nutrition through the different stages of life and development. She is specifically interested in maternal and infant health, hoping to one day become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and work to help families navigate changing stages of life through individualized and compassionate support.

‍In her free time Claire loves spending time with her friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, reading and listening to music! She also loves playing board and card games, playing with her dog Loki, building legos and baking. Claire is excited to spend these next few weeks learning more from the keeksand.co team, growing her nutrition counseling skills and developing connections with patients
