‍ ‍Leah Sanderson is currently enrolled in Meredith College’s Accelerated Dietitian Nutritionist Track (ADNT) program and is working toward her master’s degree in Nutrition. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Nutrition Science from NC State University, where her passion for nutrition continued to grow, as well as her desire to help individuals improve their health and well-being through nutrition education and individualized care.

‍ ‍Although Leah is still exploring which area of nutrition she would like to specialize in after graduation, she is excited about the variety of opportunities within the field and enjoys learning about the many ways nutrition can positively impact health. She is especially interested in gaining experience in different practice settings and expanding her knowledge as she continues her education.

‍ ‍Leah is grateful for the opportunity to experience her community wellness rotation with keeks and co. & looks forward to learning from the team and developing skills that will help her grow as a future Registered Dietitian. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her dog Walter, and visiting the lake or beach whenever she has the chance.
